Donations
Donations are an important resource enabling Carroll County Youth Service Bureau to provide the highest quality mental health services to the children and families in Carroll County. Contributions to the agency are placed in a donations account and are used for scholarships for counseling services, parent education classes, or meeting basic needs of the families we serve.
